Do I need to be in London, Ontario to work with you?
No. True Figure is based in London but the service is built to run online: bank, card and POS feeds into QuickBooks Online, receipts by phone photo, approvals by e-signature, questions by email and calls by video or phone. Toronto and GTA businesses get the same pricing, the same closed-by-the-10th promise and the same live dashboard.
Will you meet in person in Toronto?
Onboarding, monthly questions and reviews run by video or phone, and most files never need more than that. If an in-person meeting matters to you, say so at the free file review and we'll arrange it.
Is pricing the same for Toronto businesses?
Yes, and it's public: $299 a month under 150 transactions, $549 for 150 to 500, and $899 for 500 to 1,500, with QuickBooks Online, HST filing and a live dashboard included. Payroll is a $119 add-on. Catch-up is a one-time project, usually $400 to $1,200, quoted in writing. See the pricing page.
How do you get my documents without meeting?
Bank and card feeds connect directly to QuickBooks Online. Receipts are a photo from your phone. Delivery platform, POS and Shopify statements come from the platforms' own exports. The engagement letter and any approvals are signed electronically. Nothing is mailed or couriered.

Send your last three months, or grant read-only QuickBooks access, and you get a written summary of what is clean, what is not, and what it would cost to sort. If it is all clean, we will tell you that too.
