Actually in London
Not a call centre, not a Toronto firm with a landing page. We are here, and when a face-to-face makes sense, at your shop or over coffee, it happens that week.
Public flat pricing
$299, $549 or $899 a month by transaction volume, payroll $119 more. Most firms in town quote only after a meeting. Ours is on the pricing page, compare freely.
Closed by the 10th, or free
Your month is reconciled and reported by the 10th of the next month. If we miss it, that month costs you nothing. We would rather be judged on a promise we keep than a logo wall.
The same streets your customers walk.
Downtown, Richmond Row, Old East, Wortley. We are not servicing London from a tower in another city.

The best time to hire a bookkeeper is before you open.
London is in the middle of a wave of new restaurants, cafes, clinics and shops. If yours is one of them, the setup weeks decide how much tax you get back.
Build-out HST is real money
Register for HST before the renovation invoices land and the tax on your fit-out, equipment and rent is generally recoverable. On a $150,000 build that is roughly $19,500 back.
Set up once, correctly
Chart of accounts that fits your business, CRA accounts opened in the right order, payroll ready before your first hire. Fixing a wrong setup later costs more than doing it right.
Know your numbers from day one
A live dashboard from the first month: updated sales, cash, margin and HST owing, any morning you look. You will know whether the business is working long before year-end.
Deep in the businesses London runs on.
Every industry page below applies in London exactly as it does in Toronto, same rails, same filings, same fixes.

Do you meet clients in person in London?
Yes. True Figure is based in London, so meetings can happen at your place of business, a coffee shop, or on a call, whichever you prefer. Most months run remotely through QuickBooks, with in-person time when it actually helps.
What does bookkeeping cost in London, Ontario?
Our pricing is public: $299 a month under 150 transactions, $549 for 150 to 500, and $899 for 500 to 1,500. QuickBooks Online, HST filing and a live dashboard are included on every tier; payroll is a $119 add-on. No setup fee, no lock-in. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
I am opening a new business. When should bookkeeping start?
Before you open, ideally before your build-out invoices land. Registered for HST at the right time, the tax on renovations, equipment and rent is generally recoverable, roughly $19,500 on a $150,000 fit-out. Registered too late, and some of it can be hard or impossible to get back.
My books are months behind. Can you catch them up?
Yes. Catch-up is a one-time project, usually $400 to $1,200 depending on how far behind and how tangled, quoted in writing before anything starts. Then the monthly plan keeps you current. Start with the catch-up page.

Send your last three months, or grant read-only QuickBooks access, and you get a written summary of what is clean, what is not, and what it would cost to sort. If it is all clean, we will tell you that too.
